光伏玻璃
由于(yu)單(dan)(dan)體(ti)太陽(yang)能光伏(fu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)機械強度差(cha),容易(yi)破(po)裂;空氣(qi)中的(de)水分(fen)和腐蝕性氣(qi)體(ti)會逐漸(jian)氧化和銹蝕電(dian)(dian)(dian)極,無法承受露天(tian)工作(zuo)的(de)嚴酷條件(jian);同(tong)時單(dan)(dan)體(ti)光伏(fu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)工作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓通(tong)常(chang)較小(xiao),難以(yi)滿足(zu)一(yi)般用電(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)備的(de)需(xu)要。因此太陽(yang)能電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)通(tong)常(chang)被EVA 膠片(pian)(pian)(pian)密(mi)封(feng)(feng)在一(yi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)封(feng)(feng)裝(zhuang)面板和一(yi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)背板的(de)中間(jian),組(zu)成具有(you)封(feng)(feng)裝(zhuang)及內部連接(jie)的(de)、能單(dan)(dan)獨(du)提供直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)輸出的(de)、不可分(fen)割的(de)光伏(fu)組(zu)件(jian)。若干個光伏(fu)組(zu)件(jian)、逆變(bian)器(qi)、其他電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)配件(jian)組(zu)成光伏(fu)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統。
覆蓋在光伏(fu)組件(jian)(jian)上的光伏(fu)玻璃(li)經(jing)過鍍(du)膜后,可(ke)以確保有(you)更(geng)(geng)高的光線(xian)透過率(lv),使太(tai)陽能(neng)電(dian)池片可(ke)以產(chan)生更(geng)(geng)多的電(dian)能(neng);同時(shi),經(jing)過鋼化處理的光伏(fu)玻璃(li)具有(you)更(geng)(geng)高的強(qiang)度,可(ke)以使太(tai)陽能(neng)電(dian)池片承受更(geng)(geng)大的風壓(ya)及較(jiao)大的晝(zhou)夜溫差變化。因(yin)此光伏(fu)玻璃(li)是光伏(fu)組件(jian)(jian)不(bu)可(ke)缺少的配(pei)件(jian)(jian)之(zhi)一。
光(guang)伏(fu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)要分為晶硅電(dian)(dian)池(chi)和(he)薄膜電(dian)(dian)池(chi)兩類,應用于(yu)晶硅電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的光(guang)伏(fu)玻(bo)璃(li)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)要采用壓延法,應用于(yu)薄膜電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的光(guang)伏(fu)玻(bo)璃(li)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)要采用浮(fu)法。
